Mike Novelli is Vice-President of Individual Sales at AultCare Insurance Company.  His primary responsibilities involve the marketing and sales of AultCare’s Medicare Advantage plans and Marketplace Plans offered on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.  Mike has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and health plan administration.  In addition to his role as Vice President of Sales, Mike has led the AultCare organization through implementation of health care reform providing Plan Sponsors, Brokers, and Members, real world impact of the maze of regulations put forth by the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.  Mike has been a frequent speaker to employers and community organizations on the subject of health care reform.  Mike is also a member of the Board of Directors of Direction Home Akron/Canton, an area agency on aging.  Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University with post-graduate study at Xavier University.  
 
Christy Brechtel has worked for Aultman Health Foundation since 1997.  She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit before transitioning to AultCare as a Patient Centered Medical Home Care Manager in 2010.  Christy is the Clinical Director of AultCare’s Population Health Management Program and has expanded the program from 2 practices with 15 engaged physicians to more than 60 practices with 150 engaged physicians.  Her passion is working with physicians to implement programs for process improvement that will enhance quality of care.  She recognizes the importance of Population Health Management and the long term impact on the community. Christy has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Malone University.
