At our weekly meeting on January 29, 2016, President Paul White asked the members to keep the following Canton Rotarians in their thoughts and prayers:  Bill Luntz is recovering from back surgery and Frank Fleischer on the passing of his wife, Barbara.
 
Past President Tom Clevenger reminded members about the Fellowship Outing scheduled for February 24, 2016 to see a Canton Charge game. Tom indicated anyone purchasing a ticket to the game would be entered into a raffle for a chance to upgrade to floor seats.  He thanked Rotarian Don Peterson for providing the upgrade raffle opportunity for this event. The flyer for this event is available on the website as well as on the tables at a Friday meeting. Club Secretary Michelle Mullaly welcomed the following guests to our meeting:  Rose Malterer, Heather Reda, Dan McMasters (Massillon) and Corey Voorman.
 
The "Happy Bucks" news was then provided by the following Rotarians:  Rick Taylor was happy to be back in town from Key West and also provided a happy buck for welcoming our Massillon guest, Dan McMasters to the meeting;  Rick then announced the Junior Achievement Done-In-A-Day dates:  February 25th at Harter Elementary and April 6th at Dueber Elementary (see article above for more details); Dave Ewing was happy to see Bill Liber at the meeting since his recent surgery.
 
The following Rotarians will receive a makeup for attending the "Oktoberfest" committee meeting on January 29, 2016:  Michelle Mullaly, Dave Beule, Drew Pelger, Dale Holwick, Paul White, Craig Young and Rick Taylor.
