WEEKLY MEETING NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

At our weekly meeting on May 27, 2016, President Paul White welcomed our members and guests to the meeting.
 
Rotarian Becky Clark gave the Invocation.
 
Club Secretary Michelle Mullaly welcomed the following guests to the meeting: Carl Pace, Dan Braxton, Trudy Akins and Ron Akins (guest of speaker Chad Minor); Dennis Dent (guest of David Roberts); and Tim Haverstock (guest of Mark Milano).
 
The "Happy Bucks" news was then provided by the following Rotarians:
  • PP Richard Huetter - was pleased to announce that last Friday he was inducted into the Stark County distinguished dentist society;
  •  
  • Bruce Schorsten - was wearing purple to support the Cleveland Cavs hoping for a win;
  •  
  • Tim Furbay - he was very happy to announce he just received a "raise" due to his daughter just graduating from Bucknell University;
  •  
  • PP Rick Taylor - informed the members that he did not put Tena Wilson up to mentioning him and his restaurant at last week's meeting.
Rotarian Paul Feaser then took to the podium to introduce the newest member to the Rotary Club of Canton, Jim Molnar. (*Please see story above)
