Toby Trocchio is a manager in the Credit Risk Management Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. A principal function of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks is the extension of credit to depository institutions to accommodate commerce, industry, and agriculture. Mr. Trocchio is responsible for monitoring and administering daytime and overnight credit to depository institutions in the Fourth Federal Reserve District (which includes Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia) through the Cleveland Reserve Bank’s discount window, payment system risk, condition monitoring, and collateral functions.
Mr. Trocchio joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2003 as a financial analyst in the Statistics and Analysis Department, and in 2005, he was promoted to coordinator of its Regulatory Reports unit. In 2007, he joined the Credit Risk Management Department as coordinator of discount window and collateral administration. He was named to his current position in 2011.
Mr. Trocchio holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Akron and an MBA from Ashland University.
At our weekly Rotary meeting on August 15, 2014, these Canton Rotarians and guests provided "Happy Bucks" news to the members: PDG Geoff Goll thanked the Canton Rotary for their support of the Rotary Foundation and Polio Plus. He stated District 6650 and Zone 29 donated $1 million dollars for Polio Plus. PDG Debbie Esbenshade introduced Mike Raulin from Canfield Rotary as the District Governor for the year 2017-18. Bob Pattison said he was happy to see the District Governor and Past District Governor's at our meeting. Vice President Craig Young relayed that he and his wife are celebrating their 27th wedding anniversary. Rick Taylor announced his daughter secured her first full-time job! He also stated that during the "Massillon Pizza Wars" that Kozmo's received the award for "Best Pepperoni Pizza".

President Tom reminded Rotarians the Youth Exchange Student will be arriving on August 20th at 2:00 p.m. at the Akron-Canton airport. He would like to see Rotarians show up and give a warm Canton Rotary welcome.
President Tom also announced the items that have been auctioned off recently has brought in $990.00 to benefit the Charitable Fund.
President Tom then asked the members if anyone had read and located the hidden word in the Rotogram. Past President Karen Brenneman raised her hand and indicated the hidden word was " NO RINO's" which stands for "Rotarians In Name Only". PP Karen received a $20.00 gift certificate to Taggart's for her efforts. President Tom wants everyone to continue reading the Rotogram!!

August is Membership and Extension Month, which means it’s time to celebrate your Rotary club, your members, and all of the good you do in your community and around the world. Here are several ideas to get you started!
Throughout August, submit photos of your club members hard at work to show the world how Rotary makes a difference. Use the hashtag #WeAreRotary and post photos of your club in action to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
In Rotary, we mark August as Membership and Extension Month. There is a good reason why we remind ourselves of the importance of membership early in every Rotary year: because the job of growing our membership is one that we can never begin too soon. It is also a job that we can never stop working on. In order to keep serving, Rotary always needs to be growing!
We have talked for many years about the importance of the family of Rotary. In this Rotary year, I want to make not just the family of Rotary, but our own Rotary families, a priority in our membership. After 37 years of following me in Rotary, my wife, Corinna, finally became a Rotarian last year. We attended the chartering of a new club in Taiwan together, and she said, "It's time for me to become a Rotarian too!" So she joined that club. And soon, so did a lot of other people. Now that club has 102 members, and it's the second-largest club in Taiwan.
Inviting our spouses into Rotary isn't just about getting our numbers up. It addresses the reality that Rotary still has far more men as members than it does women, and that is something we need to work on. When we bring more women into Rotary, our clubs become more appealing to prospective female members – and become more productive as well.
This year we are going to have something new in Rotary: a membership support team pin. This means that if you invite a new member into Rotary, you get a special pin to wear with your Rotary gearwheel. But we all know that the job of growing membership doesn't end when a new member joins. It ends only when a new member is enjoying being a Rotarian and never wants to leave! And making sure that our clubs are enjoyable places to be is a key part of growing membership.
People come into Rotary for all kinds of reasons, but they stay because Rotary is fun to be a part of. So I want to remind all of you to have fun in your clubs and your districts. Rotary is based on the idea that our service is more effective when we serve together with our friends. So let's enjoy our Rotary service, share it with others, and Light Up Rotary together!
