Alan Harold is in his fourth term as our county auditor.  Alan is from Louisville and is a graudate of Mount Union and Ohio State.  He spent 15 years in the banking industry before being elected.  He will explain the tri-annual valuation process that is currently underway and how you can protect yourself if you feel that your property's value is overestimated.
