Kimberly Kroh earned a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University in Business Administration in 1986 and a Master’s degree in Counseling & Human Development from Walsh University in 1993. She began her counseling career at the Grief Support and Education Center where she provided individual, group and family therapy for adults and children grieving from death and divorce. In 1997, Kim moved to the Community Drug Board where she provided group and individual therapy for adults addicted to drugs and alcohol. A year later, she began work at the Day Treatment program of Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health. Kim provided daily group therapy, individual therapy and family home visits for adolescent with severe behavior problem and other mental health issues. Kim then joined American Red Cross Rape Crisis Services and for the past 13 years has been assisting children, adolescents and adults through the difficult recovery process of sexual victimization and has provided expert testimony as an advocate for her clients. Currently, she is the Executive Director of American Red Cross Stark & Muskingum Lakes Chapter.  Kim also counsels clients in a private practice setting at Vista Psychological & Counseling Centre.  She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisor status and earned recognition as a National Certified Counselor. Kim resides in Canton and has a daughter Courtney and a grandson Trey.  
 
 
Timothy C. Reichel, PCP is the Disaster Program Manager for the Stark and Muskingum Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross which has responsibilities for Carroll, Harrison, Stark and Tuscarawas counties.  Disaster management duties include: responding to residential home fires, natural and man-made disasters and staffing the emergency operation centers of assigned counties when requested.
 
Starting his career with the American Red Cross with Hurricane Katrina in 2005.  Tim has responded to thirteen national disasters with Hurricane Sandy being the most recent.  Tim holds the certifications of Professional Development Series from the Federal Emergency Management Agency of the Department of Homeland Security.  Prior to being hired by the American Red Cross, Tim served the Canton, OH Municipal Court as Chief Bailiff and Judicial Bailiff.
 
 
Tim received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from The University of Akron.
 
A native of Massillon, OH, Tim resides in North Canton, OH with his wife, Deborah, and three rescued dogs and one rescued cat.
