Suzie has been the Planetarium Director at the Hoover-Price Planetarium since September of 2019. Before becoming Director, she was a presenter for five years. Prior to joining the Hoover-Price Planetarium, she was the S.T.E.M Coordinator for Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio and a planetarium presenter at Schuele Planetarium. Suzie is also the author of a series of children’s books called Stella’s Starry Adventures and a monthly blog called Starry Trails which is a fun and easy way for people to head out in their own backyard and learn the night sky. Suzie writes monthly astronomy articles for the Canton Repository and is a member of Cleveland Astronomical Society and Great Lakes Planetarium Association.
