Brit Steiner spent a decade working for USAID in various roles, including senior advisor and director.  This included time "on the ground" in Tunisia and Pakistan helping with STIP (science, technology, innvocation, and partnerships) and time in Washington working on food security issues.  She travelled the world, visiting over 30 countries, on behalf of USAID and its mission to spread American goodwill overseas.  Brit is a native of Wellsville and a graduate of both Malone and Johns Hopkins.  She resides in Jackson with her two sons.
