Michael J Travis is a Customer & External Affairs Manager at AEP Ohio with almost 30 years of
experience in the electric utility industry. He, along with a team of 5 Business Services Account
Managers, support 13 electric distribution service centers and serve customers in 28 of the 61
counties served by AEP Ohio.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute and
has held Residential Energy Auditor and Certified Energy Manager certifications. Outside of
work he enjoys spending time with his family and working on the home and property he shares
with his wife in southeast Ohio.
