Local business building trends

John has spent the past 30 years in the region working on office development planning.  A graduate of Kent State, John is currently the president of Synergia.  Previously, he was a director at Welty Building Company (where he worked on Hall of Fame Village and Timken's North Canton campus) and executive vice president of the GPD Group.
