Anthony Garofalo is currently General Manager of Landoll’s Mohican Castle in Loudonville, Ohio. He has held this position since August 2020. He is responsible for the operation of the entire boutique resort property, it’s hotel rooms, food and beverage operations and special events. Anthony comes to The Castle from a long career in hospitality. Holding a degree from Boston University in Hospitality Administration, Anthony’s career has literally taken him around the world. Having worked with several major cruise lines, Anthony has traveled to over 180 different ports of call in 65 countries on six continents. While at sea Anthony worked both in Human Resources and Entertainment. Most recently he was Assistant Cruise Director with Princess Cruises. On land, Anthony has worked with Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, Omni Hotels and Resorts, The Walt Disney Company and Expedia. He owned an Expedia Cruises Franchise. Having both owned his own business and worked for some of the largest hospitality companies in the world, Anthony has a unique perspective on the industry and operations.Currently, he lives in Apple Valley, Ohio with his wife, Rebecca. He is hopeful to resume traveling the world once he is able to do so. He is passionate about travel, good food, and aviation and has an extensive bow tie collection. He is also an active Freemason and Shriner.
