This Friday we will be treated to a gastronomic experience that may not be for the faint of heart. Local foodie, Olivia Griffith, recently traveled to Copenhagen, Denmark just for dinner! Three Michelin star restaurant, Noma, is considered the best fine dining restaurant in the world. Chef Rene Redzepi creates world-class dishes presented in 20-course meals to a limited number of guest. Patrons have to wait months to even get a reservation. Olivia will be speaking about her culinary adventure – walking through her journey to get a seat at the table as well as sharing the unique dining experience.
Olivia grew up in Alliance, Ohio and attended the University of Akron. She now resides in North Canton with her significant other, Tom, and cat, Swarley. You will often find her in the kitchen whipping up a new recipe – everything from desserts to delicious meals – to share with friends and family.
