The Canton Rotary Charitable Fund (CRCF) is the nonprofit portion of our club that drives the numerous charitable programs and service projects we undertake. For those of you who saw our Character Counts Champions, Sh’Diamond Oliver and Alijah Curtis, at our meeting last Friday, you saw our CRCF in action. These two fine young people are shining examples of the power of constructive guidance and rewards. The Character Counts program and scholarship is just one of the many ways the CRCF helps recognize our youth and positively impacts our local community.
I will be sending each Rotarian a letter this week, which will provide you with more information on the importance of the CRCF. Please take the time to read the letter and make a contribution, however large or small, to the fund. I thank you in advance for making this important contribution to our club… and our community.
