Sherri McKinney-Frantz has dedicated her career to working with Stark County children and families who have experienced significant trauma. A strong child advocate, Sherri has been leading the Children’s Network of Stark County since October of 2014. Sherri enjoys working as part of a team and specializes in cutting-edge program development and expansion.She serves on several boards, volunteers in the community, enjoys mentoring others, and owns a small business in the Canton Arts District. A graduate of Leadership Stark County’s 22nd Class, she received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Malone University. Sherri is also a licensed social worker in the State of Ohio.
She and her husband, Larry, reside in Canton. They have helped raise several children, including their daughter, Alex, who is a social worker in Athens, Ohio.
