The Rotary office received a "Thank You" letter dated August 12, 2019, from District Governor Dan Morgan. The letter reads:

"President Mark and my Fellow Rotarians ~ As you know I am very proud of my friends at the Canton Rotary Club. Since 1915 you have led our district and set a very high standard for all of us in District 6650 to follow. We appreciate the change you made across the globe in our community and in each of us.

The meeting on August 9th was very special. It was an honor to talk with you. I want to thank you for your kindness and the wonderful gifts. My cardiologist asked me to get a watch to track my pulse and I just have not done so. I immediately put the Fitbit you gave me on my wrist. I also really appreciate the pen. It is now the nicest pen in my desk.

Michelle Mullaly being named DGND was another honor for your Club as well as for Michelle.  Leadership has always been a core value of Rotary. To consistently have District Governors come from your club, speaks highly of the environment within the Canton Rotary.

Congratulations on a wonderful program and on your continued success. ~ Daniel E. Morgan, District Governor District 6650 2019/20"
