Needed food items are things like single serve mac and cheese, granola bars, juice boxes, individual serve and shelf stable crackers, fruit, snack packs, etc. Let's help make sure no kids in Canton are hungry this summer!
This week we welcome Canton businessman Dave Beck.
Dave was born and raised in East Canton and is proud to call himself a lifelong resident of Stark County. After graduation, he received a degree in communications from the university of Akron and worked for a short time at the Canton repository. The family business came calling and Dave has spent more than 30 years at Beck Oil and Gas which owns and operates over 100 wells throughout the state. In 2014 he helped to found Run To You Racing and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Marathon. This would spark his interest in involvement with downtown Canton where he now owns several buildings and businesses, including Two Scoopz ice cream. Dave has been married to Krysten for 38 years and lives in plain Township where they raised three kids and lots of animals.
