SEPTEMBER 18TH IN-PERSON GATHERING

Last week we had a beautiful day at The Sanctuary.  While we didn't quite match our previous week for attendance, we did still enjoy some fine Ohio weather, a wonderful speaker on the Zoom call, lunches from Jersey Mike’s, and continued to socialize with our Rotary friends.

We will be moving this week's venue to Walsh University at Hoover Park.  With the weather beginning to change I am hoping that our Rotary brethren will find this to be an excellent opportunity to enjoy the open-air venue.  Let's keep pushing to get a total attendance of at least 60 between the Zoom meeting and the Open-Air meeting.  If the Browns can win a Thursday Night Football game, then we surely can make this happen!

The Hoover pavilion, located across from Walsh University on East Maple in North Canton, is the location for the in-person gathering on 9/25/20 to socialize, have lunch, and watch the Zoom presentation on a large screen.  Enter the park on the north side of East Maple and drive down the lane where you will find the pavilion on your left across from the dance hall.   Click this LINK to view the map of Walsh University.  Box lunches are $12 cash at the event.  Please RSVP to President-Elect Mark Clendenin at: plan42morrow@gmail.com or by text at 330-267-8869 to RSVP.

RSVP needed by Wednesday evening to assure your lunch is there for you Friday.

Mark Clendenin
President-Elect

(Editor's note: Please be aware that East Maple Street is CLOSED at the bridge just east of Marquardt Avenue and just west of Walsh U. and Hoover Park. Therefore, Hoover Park is ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY COMING WEST ON EAST MAPLE FROM MARKET AVENUE. YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH ON EAST MAPLE IF YOU ARE COMING EAST FROM MAIN STREET OR MARQUARDT.)
