Allyson Bussey has been an avid advocate for the Stark County community for almost two decades.
She feels honored to have served on the Visit Canton team for 18 years and today is the president and CEO of the organization, also known as the Stark County Convention & Visitors' Bureau.
“In this role, I am an ambassador and advocate for our community, facilitating connections between visitors and our destination's unique experiences," she said. "This involves promoting local businesses, cultural attractions and special events to generate economic growth by increasing visitor spending within our region."
Bussey said tourism is vitally important to any community, including the many communities located in Stark County.
