Rotarian Andrew Oser will talk about his career path.

Andrew is an eagle scout and graduated from Ashland University in 2008, followed by education at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.  He is now the president of Schneeberger-Oser Funeral Home.

Andrew and his husband Nick live in Stark County with their "children" - Bowser, Bagel, and Lucifer.

Ralph Lee is the interim CEO of SARTA.

Ralph has over 35 years of executive HR leadership. He served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kenan Advantage Group (KAG).  Prior to Kenan, he held leadership roles at Total Quality Logistics, Cintas Corporation, and Comair Airlines.

Ralph has serving on the boards of Employers Health, Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital Foundation, and Moving the Community Forward. He also has had leadership roles with the Canton Eric Snow YMCA, the American Red Cross-National Diversity Advisory Council (NDAC), the Greater Canton Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Stark County Urban League.

Alongside his wife Janelle, Ralph co-founded the Fore Kids Charity Golf Fund to support youth initiatives. He also has served as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Canton. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Xavier University, where he was honored with an induction into the Xavier Athletic Hall of Fame.
