Connecting partners across the county

Jordyn is the Network Partnerships Specialist at ConnectWell CIE of East Central Ohio, where he works directly with partner organizations across health and social care systems to strengthen and grow the region's social care referral network. His work involves building and maintaining relationships with community partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and connecting organizations to improve access to resources for individuals and families across East Central Ohio.

 

Jordyn holds a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology and serves on the En-Rich-Ment Advisory Board. Through his role with ConnectWell CIE, he works to ensure partners are equipped and aligned to deliver coordinated, effective support through the Unite Us platform to the communities they serve.
