David is known for his 25 years of public service with 14 years as the City of North Canton Mayor. In 2019 the City was named by USA Today in the Top 50 Best Places to live in America.
He presently serves as the Executive Director for Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Recycling District and the District collects residential recycling through 70 public recycling drop-off sites in the tri- county area as they collect seven
days a week, 365 days a year. David has also served as a Marlboro Township Trustee and as host for the Saturday morning radio program on WHBC for 3 years.
