Canton Rotary Fun & Fellowship Happy Hour attracted 22 Rotarians, guests and one dog. With blue skies and sunny weather in the low 60's, Canton Rotarians and guests had a great time checking out the new Centennial Plaza in downtown Canton Wednesday afternoon from 4pm-6pm. The Cleveland Indians were still playing, with the game televised outside on the large HiDef Video board and inside above the bar at Jerzee's Cafe. The Indians defeated the Chicago Cubs in the 10th inning 2-1.It has been 14 months since Canton Rotary friends could sit back and relax with pleasant conversation, cool drinks, and great food. The Rotary Board felt that it was time to re-connect and what better place than the beautiful new Centennial Plaza. We plan to continue these casual get-togethers during the second full week of the month. The venues will change as space and weather permits.
Those attending: Drew Pelger, Mark Clendenin, Tom Clevenger, Dave & Penni Ewing, Jenni Jia, Bob Pattison, Lynn Hamilton, Mark Rojek, New Member-Mike & Audra Milbrandt, Tim Furbay, Ed Murray, Paul White, Theresa Blocher, Sue Marzano, Dan Matthews, Greg & Janet Luntz, Bob & Dee Matthews, Shawn Dougherty and his dog, Lincoln.
