Bob Gibbs is a small business owner, founding Hidden Hollow Farms in 1976 and raising hogs in Holmes County, Ohio. He began as an advocate for Ohio agriculture in 1985, as a member of Ohio Farm Bureau Board of Trustees and, starting in 1999, served as Ohio Farm Bureau President for two terms. In 2010, Gibbs was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. He previously had served in the Ohio House and Ohio Senate. In both the Statehouse and in Congress, Bob is a strong advocate for private property rights, regulatory and tax reform, and the agriculture industry. Bob has been recognized for his leadership with several prestigious awards, including the US Chamber of Commerce’s Spirit of Enterprise Award every year since his election to Congress. He is also a 2017 recipient of Freedom Works’ Freedom Fighter Award and the 2017 Waterways Council Leadership Service Award.
