FRIDAY'S MEETING WILL BE OUR MONTHLY FELLOWSHIP MEETING

Dear Rotarians,

 

I am looking forward to our Fellowship Meeting on Friday. I was so pleased with not only the turnout that we had last month, but it was so great to see so many Rotarians embracing the change and having great conversations with their tablemates. Thank you to those who took the time to give me feedback after the meeting.

 

Please take the opportunity this week to sit somewhere new! If you usually take a table in the back, maybe try one in the front. Look for someone you don’t know, or haven’t spoken to in a long time.

After the feedback I received, I’m going to try something this week. I will start the meeting at the usual time with the ringing of the bell and then we will have our typical start of meeting. Then I will present you with an issue that is currently facing the Club and have you and the people with you at your table discuss this issue and do some brainstorming. I’m looking forward to receiving some great input! The remainder of the meeting I will turn back over to the membership to have casual conversation.

 

Thank you to all those who volunteered on the Oktoberfest. Thank you to those who served on the committee as well those who volunteered at the event.

 

We will be doing our Polio Plus collection on Friday, October 5. We also will have our 2^nd annual Pack the Bus event on November 15 and the Health and Wellness event on November 17. Thank you for all that you do for our Club and for Rotary!
