

Rebecca Ohm is the educator of the sterile processing department at Aultman Hospital. In 2019, she received a bachelor's degree in biology from Kent state University. This knowledge has been used to her advantage in sterile processing . Her goal is to have SPD more widely recognized both outside of and within the hospital, because sterile processing is the first line of defense in preventing infections.
Randy Bigler is the Unit Director of Sterile Processing for the Aultman Health System. With 15 years of experience, Randy brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Malone University and is certified as a CRCST and CHL. Randy is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Previously, Randy was an adjunct instructor for the Sterile Processing programs at Stark State and Stautzenberger College.
