Kelly Joseph is the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway and has been with the company for more than 21 years. In her current position, she handles pricing negotiations for commodities such as scrap, steel, plastics and organic chemicals, as well as sales and market research for these commodities. Her area covers northeast Ohio, parts of West Virginia and western Pennsylvania. Through her position, she is able to help bring jobs and much needed commodities to the area.
Kelly is a native to Stark County and is married with two kids. She was a member of the 32nd Class of Leadership Stark County in 2019 and it impacted her so much, she is now on their Board of Directors. Kelly is also a member of the Scholarship Committee for the Pittsburgh Traffic Club, which hands out yearly scholarships for those earning degrees in either Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
Through her position at the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway, Kelly also works with several Stark County schools for Career Days and with the Junior Achievement Program. She has been a Girl Scout Leader in North Canton for the past four years and has served as Service Unit Director and most recently Troop Mentor.
