At the Friday, April 27, 2018, meeting, which was our annual "Appreciation Day", we had five very special guests in attendance: Mrs. Gloria Fettman (Dave Fettman), Mrs. Ann Jones (Harry "Phil" Jones), Barbara Ferne (daughter of Jim Lockshin), Mrs. Lori DeWees (John DeWees), and Mrs. Mary Schumacher (John Schumacher). These lovely ladies are spouses/daughter of a Canton Rotarian who has passed away. Each were presented with a potted flower.Thank you to these ladies for joining us for our special day of appreciation and remembrance for their loved ones.

– Passed away on August 6, 2002
- Served 21 Active years in Rotary
- Owned and Operated Davies Drugs for 40 years
- Was a U.S. Army Veteran
- Received the pharmaceutical association Bowl of Hygeia Award
- Was a member of B’nai B’rith
- Was a member of Canton Chamber of Commerce, Masons and Shriners
- Was a board member of NOVA
- Served as Chairman of Israel Bonds
MRS. ANN JONES, Spouse of Harry (Phil) Jones (accompanied by her friend Sally Pumphrey)

– Passed away on March 15, 2013
- Served 27 Active years in Rotary,
- Was retired Regional Sales Manager for Frito-Lay Corporation
- Was an Army Veteran of WWII

- Was a member of North Canton Elk’s Lodge and various Hall of Fame Committees
