THERE IS A NEW PROCESS FOR HOW WE PAY FOR OUR LUNCH. YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PAY FOR YOUR LUNCH AT THE CASH REGISTER, YOU MUST PAY THE CLUB DIRECTLY IN THE ROOM. Going forward, the club will make a singular payment to AVI (who runs the cafeteria) for our lunches. The cost is $12 to cover credit card fees for the club. If you are one of our early birds and you arrive before Tom (or whoever is taking payments that day) arrives, you can just go in and eat and then pay when you come in for the meeting. For those of you who come closer to the meeting start time, you can pay in the room first and then then head into the cafeteria. At this time we have not yet made a decision if we want to go back to the old system of allowing members to prepay for a set of lunch tickets like we had when we were at the church. Please be patient as we work through this new change and hopefully we can work out any issues quickly. Thank you for your understanding, and please help us make sure that our fellow Rotarians are up to speed on this change. |
